Deposits & cancellations
Workshop dates are held with a 50% deposit, paid online; the balance is invoiced separately under your program agreement. Your deposit is fully refundable when written notice of cancellation reaches us at least 90 days before the scheduled start date. Within 90 days the deposit is no longer refundable, but it transfers in full to a rescheduled program delivered within 12 months. If we cancel or postpone, you choose between a full refund and a new date.
